The day would begin innocently enough for these two anti-WTO activists Life has Meaning and Swaneagle. Life has Meaning is dressed in white on the left, while Swaneagle in red on the right. Both are veteran peace activists and have life long historys of organizing and participating in nonviolent protests. Swaneagle would later become a named plaintiff in the first class action lawsuit filed over the WTO. In that suit she settled for damages of $2500 on the basis of the photos that follow. Life Has Meaning is the lead plaintiff in another suit filed over the WTO which is currently in litigation.
